I won't clog your inbox with social niceties and get right to the point. I'm not sure if I've told you before, but altering clothes happens to be a hobby of mine. And to make a long story short, in the time that I've been here, I've developed some alterations that accommodate various physical changes that we go through as part of the transformations. Recently, I've been studying pattern drafting and working with some human tailors to develop some proper patterns. Because there are plenty of use whose bodies have completely changed in proportion, shape, and size than what you might see in humans.

Would you be willing to try some of my prototypes I've created for aquatic transformations? In particular, my hope for these clothes is that they're easy to get in and out of (for those of us whose clothes don't disappear/reappear when we shift) and that there are options for people who have large tails on land. If there are any that you like in particular, I'd happy to make something specifically tailored for you as repayment. Or I can just pay you. Whatever works.

Well, it's not exactly my business. I'm collaborating with some professional tailors who live in Bavan. Really, I'm just doing some work on the back end, like this prototyping, as well as acting as a liaison with our community.

Oh, I didn't realize that you moved. Merain is by the sea, isn't it? How far away is it from Bavan? I probably couldn't visit during the week, given my work schedule, but I'm off on the weekends. I could probably make it a day trip on one of those days.

It's about an hour bus-ride from Bavan! I'm in Bavan during the week as well, but we'd probably have more time to discuss things and look at prototypes on the weekend, right?

Also, please don't sell yourself short, Fugo-kun! This is a big undertaking, and something that will become incredibly relied on by our community.

That isn't bad at all. If you don't mind having me over, why don't we plan to meet this weekend? That way we can take our time with it and you can try things on in the privacy of your own home.

I'm not trying to. It's just that, like you said, this is a big undertaking. And my hope is that it will be able to support the community at large. But there's just no way I'd be able to pull it off on my own. It really is thanks to the support of the people I've been working with. So I don't really feel comfortable claiming it as "my" business, especially since I probably won't be there very often during its normal operating hours.

It's all we can do, while here. Leave this place better than when we arrived... And for those who want to leave, to not have any regrets about the impact they make on the peninsula. I understand the weight of your feelings, truly. I don't think I would be anywhere close to where I'm at with my own endeavors without the support of people, but... It is, on some level, yours. The people who've helped you, it's purely because they believe in and are inspired by your passion! I know that I am - I have been, ever since I first met you.

So, of course I don't mind hosting you, Fugo-kun. It would be a pleasure! I only regret that I won't be able to enjoy the water with you. Merain hosts some wonderful swimming spots! What time should we plan for, then?
